We believe in our treats. If you and your dog don't, we'll refund you. No time limit. No questions.
How it works
If at any point you're not happy with your Pupps treats, contact us at customersupport@pupps.com with your order number. We'll process a full refund of your most recent purchase of that product. You don't need to return the tub. Use it, bin it, or pass it to a friend whose dog might like it.
What's covered
- Treats your dog won't eat
- Treats that didn't deliver the results you hoped for
- Reactions, sensitivities, or anything that means the product wasn't right for your dog
- Any other reason. We mean it. No questions.
The small print
- One refund per product per customer, so if you have a Calming Treats subscription and refund the latest order, you can't refund the previous five tubs as well
- Refunds cover the product cost. If a discount or promo was applied, the refund is for the amount you actually paid
- Refunds are processed within 5 working days to your original payment method
- Statutory consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations apply in addition to this guarantee, not instead of it
