Delivery Options

We offer two tracked delivery services via Royal Mail:

Standard Delivery (Tracked 48) – £2.49
Estimated delivery: approximately 2 working days
Includes full tracking, email/SMS updates, and safeplace options

Express Delivery (Tracked 24) – £3.49
Estimated delivery: approximately 1 working day
Includes full tracking, email/SMS updates, and safeplace options

Subscription Orders
All subscription orders include free Express Delivery with Royal Mail Tracked 24 — no delivery charges, just fast, tracked service every time.


Order Cut-Off Times

To qualify for same-day dispatch:

  • Monday to Friday – Order by 3:00pm
  • Saturday – Order by 9:00am

Orders placed after these times, on Sundays, or on bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive an email with your Royal Mail tracking link so you can monitor your parcel every step of the way.


International Shipping

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.
If you're interested in international shipping, sign up to our mailing list to be notified when we expand.


Lost Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived and appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at customersupport@pupps.com within 7 calendar days of the estimated delivery date.

If the delivery address was entered correctly at checkout, we will send a replacement at no extra cost. Please also check with your local Royal Mail delivery office before reaching out.

Important: If tracking confirms the parcel was delivered but you did not receive it, we cannot be held responsible for the loss. In this case, any replacement would need to be paid for by the customer.


Order Questions

Forgot to Use a Discount Code?

We are unable to apply discount codes after an order has been placed. You are welcome to use your code on your next order.

How to Enter a Discount Code

During checkout, there is a field under your order summary where you can enter your discount code before completing payment.

Cancelling or Amending an Order

If you need to cancel or change your order, please email customersupport@pupps.com as soon as possible.

If your order has already been processed or dispatched, we are unfortunately unable to make any changes.
